How do I revise my player queue on my mobile device I try to download new songs and it says I reached my 400 song limit. I thought it was unlimited. If I clear my players list will I lose all the songs I downloaded? I’ve been experiencing this for a long time. Can someone please help me with this situation.

As a long time subscriber (4+ years) to eMusic I have to point out that your comparison of the service to Napster, iTunes, etc is simply not accurate. The red boxes you note above are by choice. eMusic doesn’t have Top 40/mainstream – that’s the service it is and the service you know about and the REASON you sign up for them.

I actually agree with “joe”: changing the name is the first thing I would have done, had I owned it. Too many negative connitations.

I’ve been using Napster since they went “legit” and like Andreas mentioned, I’ve always found the “similar artists” links to be very useful and accurate. I’m still using the older version of the interface, which was pretty clean, but also a bit hard to navigate (not much like a web browser). Compared to the bloated monster that iTunes is on PCs, Napster offers a nice alternative.Oh, and if those Napster PR folks are still reading this, I miss those Napster branded CDRs that used to be in stores

@SKhan: Why? it’s a 400 word article about a guy whining about it being slow and mistankenly thinking you have to call them to cancel the account (might be so in the UK). It has nothing to do with this review or hardly Napster at all. Typical Cnet, brief and useless

Your chart is a nightmare for color deficient people like me. It’s difficult for me to distinguish between the orange and the green. Haha but that’s okay; it’s easy enough to figure out by looking at the numbers.

I don’t get the point anymore of using the napster name. It either reminds people of the first major mp3 sharing system or the ridiculously stupid Microsoft/DefinitelyWillNotPlayForSureEVER/WMA disaster.Seriously, CHANGE THE STUPID NAME ALREADY.
