@bobo and other anti cowons Cowon mp3 player are for those who want pure quality audio from thier device. Not for those who spend there money to buy a mp3 player to navigate ui and play, not to listen music. Cowon provides nothing but pure sound quality which is a shit in apple. And design wise e2 is also the best design non screen mp3 player. Its like those who belive sound quality only is how loud music can be played.

just picked up one of these and I’m fully impressed! I recently bought a Sony portable MP3 player and wish I hadn’t.. so disappointed with the sound quality. It seemed people raved about Cowon sound quality so I decided to give the E2 a go, and sure enough I’m officially a convert.

Of course with it being only a screenless player the downside is navigation. I’m already thinking about spending a bit more for one of their pricier models. Love the design of these things too – it’s good to see someone bringing something a bit different to the portable media player market.

Thanks for the folder navigation upgrade. This (or lack of this) made me look out for other players. But now I am surely going to buy this.

is it possible to avoid or cancel the sound bip bip on volume …
also stay at the last musik level and at least
recover the original maximum level power

Though I think that the solution that Cowon offers is better than the two methods I offered in my review. It is a similar solution to how it is done on Rockbox. Here is how it now works:
