For free you can get 20% of the cloud room you get for free from Picasa, and “in network” calls to a membership that’s infinitesimal compared to skype’s.Or pay to bring it up to the free amount from Picasa.

Call me silly, but instead of competing with those two mega products, wouldn’t it be easier to incorporate them with your product to make your product more valuable?
