Ah, I see. Well, think up a very simple application which only reacts when you press somewhere and does something. It can be an application which draws a random number on the screen when you press it for example. Then I can talk you through it via MSN, if you have it. Skype works otherwise as well but is harder to share files with I believe. Jsut send me a PM with your MSN/skype and we'll talk about it. What time zone are you in?

I have seen poke the penguin app. I have not had any other work with making apps i know practicaly nothink on how to make a app i do not understand how i would even make a file to create a app.

I could give it a try when I get some time over, I've learned another person to make apps already. Tell you what, begin with checking the source code for RobertsAccount's Easy Button app and his Poke the Penguin app. I've guided him through those codes and they're great for learning the simple basics of interaction and animation on the screen.
Do you have any earlier programming experience? If so in what language/s?
Begin with checking the code I told you about and then think up a simple application and then I can try and talk you through how to make it if it's necessary one day when I have time.
