I have an Iriver player and I had no trouble in finding and replacing the internal battery and lcd-screen.
After trying to remove the screen protector on my Zen X-fi2, I damaged the lcd touch screen. Finding a website with instructions on howto take a part and repair a zen x-fi2, would be great.
