Just letting you know I found two bugs with your playlist creator.
First, it doesn't recognize oggs. Haven't tried it with flacs yet, but it's probably the same.
Second, apparently the Fuze doesn't like playlists referencing paths with a _ in them. That's just a player problem, though. =(
