It's a great little escape from the stinking pile of shit that is my personal life right now. Figures right before I leave for vacation shit hits the fan.

They're V1, I'm pretty sure, and I read up on the differences between the two, but I gotta say I don't think I have enough experience to be able to tell by myself which is which. I know that the V1s have a bigger midbass hump and that Fischer tried to fix that with their second version, but seeing as I've never really been shown what's what and I don't really have a great frame of reference for this stuff (my only "nice" audio stuff have been these, my Panas, and my ATH-M50). I do know that these things are super bassy. First time I plugged 'em in and pumped up the jams, my techno never sounded better lol I actually felt the bass. I've never had that happen with IEMs or headphones.

just curious (no reference to abi member intended ).
Despite the general consensus of the peeps here on abi, I just got a droid charge.

I'm actually quite enjoying the ponies now. Nothin' like a four hour flight to get you through half the show... And I'm with family. My family flies pretty straight :$ They're fuckin' awesome man! Really, I haven't been this happy with a purchase since my Panas. I think I like the Panas more, but I don't really know because they broke so long ago, my memories of them are a little fuzzy. But these are awesome buds, and I've been recommending them out the ass to people in the headphones forum...

Heh, uh, I wouldn't say like I just have absolutely nothing better to do. Though, I could use some obnoxiously happy stuff right now. I'm only a little bit in, but my first impression is that those six closely resemble my friends... So that aspect of it is hilarious to me. I'm flying out to Cali tomorrow, and that's my mid-flight entertainment.

Mm. I'm a casual listener to jazz. I don't own any of it, but if a friend or somethin' puts it on, I'll listen. I haven't gotten to ponies yet. I'll watch some today. Yesterday I was busy watching The Booth at the End.

No, you don't really need to listen to Korn... lol when I compared them to Murderdolls, it wasn't a compliment. I don't know, I need to listen to 'em a little more, but right now, I think they're more comfy. that's about as far as my review can go right now lol

And Relapse sounds pretty awesome on these Eternas...

Yea, Murderdolls seems like a more in-your-face Korn. From the one song of theirs that I listened to, at least. Very repetitive with vocals halfway between singing and growling... I'll pass, unless you have something better to suggest than Dead in Hollywood.

Yea, I can understand that. I've never been much of a Jazz lover, myself, even though I play the trumpet. I'm not much one for casual listening to classical type stuff. High school band class made sure of that. Just like how I don't like to read anymore because of those retarded English classes. I don't remember saying I'd check out Murderdolls, but sure. And I just found out my friend has Relapse: Refill, so I'll be stopping by his place to pick that up and give it a listen today.

Yea, LaBrie's got an over-the-top way of singing, but the problem is that it's hit or miss, IMO. Sometimes he sounds great, but sometimes he sounds very mediocre, but most of the time he's somewhere in between. Glad to be of service.

Heh. Maybe I'll spend a night and marathon it all. It's only like, 24 episodes. 20 minutes a piece. 8 hours straight. I can do that.

Alright, some DT tracks. A Change of Seasons (it's 24 minutes long, though, maybe you should save that one lol); Constant Motion; Under a Glass Moon. I'll keep it to three for now. Those are some that I love. Oh, one more, Overture. Also very long, but it gives you a taste of the entire Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence album, because it takes the main riffs and themes from that album and throws it into one big, well, Overture.

I'll get on that. I loved Marshall Mathers LP. Yea, I feel like Slim Shady was too much of him just going for shock value. I'll check Yelawolf out too, but fair warning, I'm much more into rock and metal than hip hop.

Heh yea, generally the first episode of a series is referred to as the "Pilot" and most shows even title the show "Pilot". And most of the time, it's the show that they create when they're showing it to a bunch of networks to try to get picked up for the first season. Yea, I've kinda got a lot of shit going on lately, and so everything I'm doing I can't help but think how I could get a little more work done. I hate my OCD.

Alright, I'll pick a couple that you should listen to. Maybe I can get some that'll entertain you. But how can you say they don't have talent!? I mean, the other ones are kinda up to interpretation, but all of these guys (besides the singer, possibly) are at the top of their fields. Alright lemme dig, I'll post again with some suggestions.
