Listen to WalkGood's posts, he knows what he's talking about. From what I'm hearing, it sounds like a hardware problem, and I'm not that much of a hands on guy. And try to refrain from contacting people in private. It isn't a bad thing, it's just probable that they would post in your thread again if they had more info for you. I've been there, trust me. I know what it's like to have a player you like die on you, and how desperate you're feeling, but these things DO have a lifespan...
