Just got it: 8 GB clip black (amazon.de, 49,97 EUR)
 

Hi everybody,

since some guys here seem to look forward impatiently to the availability of the 8 gb clip, here the good news: it's out! I just got mine from amazon.de, and it's really nice - bright display, superb sound quality and...loooooots of memory to fill up.

Surprisingly, although brand new, the clip came with an older FW, so first thing (after charging) was an upgrade to 02.01.16. Worked flawlessly.

So let's see when more 8gb clips will show up here...

First bad impression:
The little box he came in can not be opened without destroying it. :(

Oh, btw...the handling that I was unsure about in the other thread doesn't seem to be a problem. No slow-down, no lags and quick scrolling. :)
