Frozen Screen on Zen V Plus
 

I have a Zen V Plus about a year old. When I turn it on the opening screen freezes. I tried resetting and disconnecting the battery and touch the circuit with a piece of metal but it's still frozen. Any suggestions/advice? Thanks Gavriel

This happened to my Zen V. It boots up to the "Zen V" screen and than stays there. I never did find a fix for that and had to buy a new one. I think this is a serious issue that cannot be solved.

Update - I bought a new Zen V after my first one froze. Well, after 2 months I picked up my older one thinking that it was my new one. And it worked! I have no idea what happened, it is just back to normal.

Funny thing too, when I go to date/time. The date reflects the week that it froze.
