How do I contact (call) creative to set up service return?
I could not see anything on their site for contacting them.
My Zen V plus screen is dead. I replaced the battery, but the screen remains black.
Even if I have to pay what the unit would cost new to get this one repaired, I would like to do it, however, i would think i would have to contact them first.
what is the number to call, to setup a return for repair, when it's past warranty coverage?
Your best bet is to follow through the links given here. You should (eventually) be given the option to e-mail technical support. Unfortunately, I can't find any contact telephone numbers for you.
