Very nice! As far as I can see there are no errors to point out... but I think a backspace button would help, in case you typed in the wrong digit :) This app will definately be useful, and you don't say that often ;)

I agree that this is a nice app. I think one of the first I suggested in the idea thread.
One thing I'd like you to change though is the conversion labels. Instead of writing m/ft, you should write "m to ft", or something along those lines. I can't help but interpret m/ft as "meter per feet", which is quite confusing.
(This applies to all of them of course, m/ft was just an example)

Nice app. I wonder if it would be better to show the choice of conversions first though ... and then prompt for the value to convert (you could have a confirmation in the "LCD" of the choice of units).

e.g. Select "m to ft"

LCD says "Number of Meters"

Enter the number - hit done, display shows the calculated number of feet.

Right now you can enter a number and then keep clicking on different conversions - which doesn't really make sense - e.g. if you want to know m to ft, clicking on l to gal is meaningless.

Also - when the app. starts you don't know what types of unit conversion are possible.

Thx for the suggestion, but I'm struggling with it, so what you want to do here is make the player temporarily remember wich choice the user made, since there's a stage in between stage 1 (select conversion) and stage 3 (display result): stage 2: user entering his measured value. Is that even possible? Or am I seeying it all wrong? :S Im new to this :)

It would be cool to have a convertion"inches/cms" too...

It's not much of a problem really. Just let the conversion choice set a variable integer to a number ranging from 0 to #of conversions available, and then use that to decide which conversion to make once you have the number to convert. Should be quite simple.
