ArcSoft Mediaconverter 4 Platinum
 

Just today I though I would check out the latest version of the Mediaconverter software. It is Arcsoft Mediaconverter 4 Platinum. It has an automatic configuration for the Insignia Pilot. Taking a look though shows a maximum video frame rate of only 20fps. This is demo software so I need to check if this is a limitation of the demo or indicative of the payed version.

While I use something else to convert video I always found the Arcsoft software gave me the smoothest fast forward action with the Pilot.
