Wow I totally forgot that I uploaded that a month ago.. I have other tryouts that I didn't upload, I guess I mixed them up. Anyway that ball image wasn't mine, I found it again and I think it's from Habhome's BlackJack.

There's not really a point in copypasting my original reply here I guess.. it would only be confusing.. Perhaps a mod can place my original reply on top of your answer, but it's not really needed.

Anyway have fun on your holiday, and you can keep working on your app using Notepad ;):p

I see some potential in this game, maybe others have some ideas on what to do with this?

Your original post will be lost, if I place it in here it'll end up before the first post due to the time they were posted, which wouldn't look good.

As for the ball thing, I have no idea if that's my light from Black Jack, it might be, I can't really tell so even if it is I guess it's fine =P

I just tried it out and the engine seems very nice

as for sounds i think you should and what you can do is load them when you are in the menu (the menu sounds) and close them when you enter gameplay to save ram space. there would be 1 slight problem for songs you can have it so when you click a song ie:welcome to the masquerade by thousand foot krutch it loads the songs then closes out of it when you finish. but the problem would be the size of the songs. once i convert the song to a wav it becomes 37.2 MB way over the 10mb limit. what you could do is 1. w8 for creative to put in support to you can browes you music collection and play it with the app. 2. or if possible include a the library for reading from zip files if you can add that lib

it would be great if you could get a song to play to, although if i remember right, that isnt possible on the zen?

also, could you make it clearer where the hit zone for the notes is? if you could just put some kind of target or something

Couldn't it be possible to just play a .wav when you hit right on the spot?

Download some free instrument & drum samplings and make your own tune :)

I'm just curious to see how it works with a song :p

Sounds like the .zip is broken. I'd try redownloading it.
Or use another program like 7-zip.

it would be nice if there was an option to save a note file ie: when it reches millisecond 40 of the song it send a note down track 3

something like this

if your could figuire out a setup like that then you could synchronise music to it (would be time consuming but very nice)

nice game but its hard to tap with unresponsive touch on x-fi 2 or is it just me.

tried tapping it but it failed to respond :/
