Samsung T10 Boot-up Issue
 

I just got a brand new T10. At first I got the RTC Checking screen, I fixed that. Upgraded to the latest firmware. Ever since I did that I get this dog that says "Hiya. It's me Sammy" at the boot-up and it stays there. I tried reseting it, nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's frustrated me so much I'd actually be willing to PAY someone to give me the solution. PLEASE HELP ME?!
