Fuze+
 

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a second mp3 player to use at home.
Currently I'm using a CLip V2 with Rockbox on it.

Therefore the new player should have:

-Same SQ as the Rockboxed Clip V2
-mSD expansion slot
-IMPORTANT: Gappless play This feature is great in Rockbox !!
-Nice to have: Better Accu (more than 10 hours)
-Nice to have: (Bigger) Color screen.
-Nice to have: Rockbox

I found the player which would be be suitable: a V2 Fuze.
Only this player is almost not available anymore and therefore
very expensive.:

Fuze + 8 GB costs 57 Euro
Fuze V2 8 GB costs 88 Euro

I also found refurbished units, but I don't know if these are any good.
On E-bay these are sold for about 40 Euros for a 4GB unit.

What would you do? Buy the overpriced Fuze (or do you know a store with a better price'? Buy the newer Fuze+
Or buy a refurbished unit?

P.S. What does refurbished mean; can these units have scratches, dead pixels etc?
