Creative Zen player won't charge
 

Hi,
I have been online to find a solution to why my creative stopped charging. All the answers found did not work (Hold the top button for 30 seconds, charge it using a pc, charge it through the wall using usb, Left it charging overnight etc....)

It turns on and I can see the blue light, it also shows the lightning symbol flushing but it does not charge.

I haven't been able to charge it for more than 2 weeks.

I am willing to start it from scratch, delete everything if that helps. I have a backup of my music. (music is all i have in it)

Does anyone has an answer, I don't have a warranty anymore.

It's not holding a charge. (shows lightning bolt) needs a new battery.
