When I spin, it constantly freezes for some reason. Is there anyway to fix it?
 

Hi, I bought iriver SPINN after the several weeks of delay at ebay and I finally got mine.
I started a little bit, and my first impression is that everything is so slow.
Whenever I spin, it frequently freezes and I can't do anything and I just bought it.
I can't even set the date right because the mp3 constantly freezes and lags.
I just hope that I didn't get ripped off from this ebay seller for buying a broken SPINN.
Is there anyway to fix this constant freeze?
P.S. I already reformatted my mp3.
