XFI-2 not going into USB mode.
 

Whenever i plug it in to my computer nothing happens it just turns on normally and plays music instead of going into usb mode, i've tried this on a laptop and two desktops and the same thing has happened each time. Any advice? or should i just take it back to the store? ( i've had it for some time now but i still have insurance on it)

Maybe your USB cable is broken, did you try it with another cable?

Try the cable that was delivered with the X-Fi2 first. Avoid cheap and/or long cables.
