Want to change U6 software from PC to MAC
 

Hi,
I bought my daughter a U6 for christmas and set it up on a PC with no problems, I have now changed my computer to a MAC and it won't recognise the device. I have downloaded Kies for the MAC with no joy. Is there a way of resetting the U6 and setting it up again on the MAC?

Are you sure you set it in MSC mode?
settings>system>PC connection

yes it is in MSC mode. should I change it or leave it?

I think i may have worded my post wrong.......the Mac does recognise the device, it is kies the does not recognise it.

Ok then it's a different story.
If MAC OS recognizes the device that's OK. Kies is a useless software, you don't need it to transfer files.
