geoDefense Swarm released on Windows Phone
Windows Phone’s latest Xbox LIVE-enabled game, geoDefense Swarm, is now available on the Windows Phone Marketplace. The game is perfect for fans of the tower defense genre, featuring great gameplay and polished graphics. The game’s visuals appear to have been inspired by such titles as Geometry Wars and PAC-MAN, lending geoDefense Swarm—the successor to last year’s geoDefense—a great visual flair.
Microsoft Studios’ Windows Phone exclusive features 30 unique levels, multiple gameplay modes such as ‘Open Field’ and ‘Endless,’ and a suite of new towers, creeps, and challenges. All this can be had for $2.99.
Of course, if tower defense isn’t your thing, last week’s release, Feed Me Oil, is a fantastic alternative. The game tasks players with using physics and a variety of tools like fans, magnets, and wind to guide the oil to its ultimate destination. At $0.99, Feed Me Oil offers hours of entertainment at a great price.
