Sony E354 flashing hold issue
 

A few days ago, my beloved Sony Walkmen, out of the blue, started flashing the yellow hold signal when the hold button is not engaged. I tried resetting it by the little button on the back, but that doesn't work. Anyone know how/if I can upgrade the firmware? I'm thinking that has to be the culprit.
