Ok I have been going absolutely nuts trying to find an mp3/video player. I think the O2 might be the one though.

What I would like to find out is if I make a playlist of a bunch of mp3 audio books...

Don't get stuck on it being any specific brand I want what ever meets my specifications above. The fuze does not as I want audio and video (2.4" screen is what i am shooting for).

Any one know if the zune 30 will support podcast auto bookmarking? I listen to a lot of audio books and if it will support it then I have no problem tagging my audio books as podcasts.
