Instead of just copying the GUI files to internal storage, also copy them to the T10 hardrive itself. (Alongside muisc, pictures, etc.) This is what worked for me.

First of all, is your mp3 MPT or UMS. If the former is the case you won't be able to update untill Samsung releases that version of the firmware.

It's the Bluetooth file. I recommend not messing with that! I have that file too. Do you get the error "Bluetooth address error" I did. But I found a way to fix that and now it works!
