I think they halted or at least delayed the roll out on the 2013 because of the video playback bug that was fixed in 5.0.1. Mine skipped 5.0.0 entirely.

If the boost counter is stuck above 1, it means the USB didn't unboost, and so the CPU is stuck in a high power state. If it goes up to 1 or 3 and doesn't go back to zero thats probably a bug...
