Yeah I agree. I'd say that my only gripe with the Zen is the amazingly short USB cable, the rather sub-par earphones and a case gone missing :rolleyes:.

Hmm...seems like the bad batch of Zen's are still in circulation - there have been numerous reports of this occurring. I think you need to return your current Zen and replace with a new, working one.
