I've had my zune hd for a few weeks and never really paid attention to the back plate, but the top of the backplate seems to a different shade than the top of the front. I haven't dropped it in water...

I'm just wondering how much capacity it has out of the box.. Usually it's a couple gigs less than the stated memory for most of the mp3 players I've had.
