Which firmware are you using? Whether or not you are able to use this theme depends greatly on the firmware you have installed. This one doesn't work with the newest version.

Another way to get music off the player

My spinn broke a couple of days ago, and it's going away to be fixed/replaced as it's still under warranty.
Is there any other way I can music off the player onto my computer in case they remove it...

Judging by the glossy look of the spinn wheel and the player in general, I think this might have just been a concept picture. It's a shame though, it looks like an awesome theme!

If your music browse type is database, then tracks might not be showing up because they have no artist/album details. Try editing the track information on your computer and then putting the tracks...
