It all depends on your priorities. If you listen to lossless quality music, you probably use FLAC, which Zune HD doesn't support. You're going to get more customization options in both the interface...

They may not be killing off the Zune brand, but the outlook of Zune devices is worrisome. It's also a little scary that there hasn't been a firmware update in almost a year. That hasn't happened...

Every app I try on my Zune HD now says "This item is missing or cannot be played." I'm getting a little frustrated.

I tried deleting them all off of the Zune (just the apps) and adding them back...

All you have to do is press the hold button and then press it again. It's not that hard. It's not there so it won't clutter the UI.

I would probably get a 4G Touch if it had a Zune Pass-like service. I have the 3G Touch and never use it. I vastly prefer the UI of the Zune HD, but it's lacking in a lot of areas.
