Yes I agree, the device I'm suggesting should be DLNA compliant. And it'd be great if WP7 was DLNA compliant, but even it it wasn't it would still be usefull to be able to stream music from your PC...

The usb 2.0 spec is 5 volt, 500 to 900 mA. As long as the charger is in in there it should be fine. It should say on the charger what its output is. I'm using a phone charger for my e355, works fine....
