The main problem with on/off subscribing to the Zune Pass is that you would have to rate music and build up your social again. Also any Smart DJ play lists would be lost. And the music on the Zune...

To be fair, he did list a Zune as one of the top five for 2008. So I do not think there is a bias toward the Zune.
