os.clock doesn't work _ it always gives the same value on the player, even though it works on the sim. What it should do is give the amount of time the app has been running in milliseconds.

I use WinX DVD Ripper Platinum - works at about 4...

I use WinX DVD Ripper Platinum - works at about 4 times real time and straight from dvd to a useable format. Was on giveawayoftheday a while back - but it works so well I would pay for it now :P
