as a side note: make sure to heat sink as much as you can!! my old fuze had the same problem and when i tried to resolder the connections i didnt heat sink well enough and messed up the pathways on...

not a problem just a question, but can anyone tell me why the SMC creates a text file with each video file you convert? i've tried to read it but it wont open, but if i erase it the video wont play....

as far as i know, only .aa files. i've tried every converter i can find and although there are a handfull of .aa_ formats to convert into none do straight .aa - it's a proprietary format exclusively...
