locked when not locked.

When i try to turn on my view its telling me its locked even though it is not in the locked position. any suggestions? or should i sent it in to get fixed?

so i started turning the wheel with two thumbs and it loosened up a little. and now it works perfect. so if your havin the same prob try that :)

Scrool Wheel Not Responding!

So ive had my View for about 2 or 3 months and all of a sudden the scroll wheel stopped working. i can still use the Play/Pause, Left, Right, Menu, and Center buttons but i cant go Move the wheel...
