Ok i have an MP3 of a audiobook and i want to put in my Pilot but i dont know whats the format.

ok well I uploaded a video onto my mp3 player and then i turned it on and no songs and my videos were gone it said there are no tracks...but i went to settings and i saw where it says how much memory...

ok i was deleting all the song from the player from my computer and when i disconnected it it said "profiling media player" and it stayed there for a long time so i reseted it by holding the off...
