I have never used antivirus, never needed too! The way I see it, if a new app you installed turns out to be a virus, then getting rid of it would be as easy as flashing back to stock.

I get hiss as well. I have figured out that it is there whenever the audio jack is on. Try unplugging the device then turn the screen off without any music playing. You will hear the hiss go off...

Well, since it is a dual core, chances are it is a tegra II since that is the most popular dual core chip on the market right now, so you could probably easily overclock it to 1.5ghz with no harm....
