The Zune HD doesn't really multitask, only the music can stay active in the background. Everything else is killed aftter exiting. So, an app like this would have no use.

Anyway, I've known about this since I got my Zune. You can also hold down the .com button in the browser and get different domains, such as .net and .gov.
