Is your player in MTP or MSC mode? At present, the Insignia Video does not support album art in MSC mode. MTP mode is only supported in Windows XP.

They almost universally love the Koss KSC75's and refer to them as probably the best sub-$20 cans you can buy.

For my money, I went with the 4GB Insignia Video. It really is a great little player. And you can get to 6GB by adding a 2GB microSD card.

Album art is a hit or miss for me. Whatever player I use to sync shows the album art correctly. Just not always the case on the IV. Some albums display correctly, others don't display the art at all.

So I went to BB yesterday and dropped $150 on the 4GB model. Got the 2 year bulletproof protection plan too just in case I keep this. I was going to buy a Sansa e200 series, but I got this instead...
