we were trying that already but it seems samsung rfs nand layer blocks the microsd until a magic code unlocks it which is currently done by the r0 app.
the issue we have is the rfs layer inbetween...

some bad news. r0 app on the player uses librariers to open the communication between display/battery stats/keypad/ etc. we can't use rockbox without the r0 app atm, as it we can't open the devices...

Mgue and I did some work on the initial SDL port again we got SDL working and sdl test program is starting without errors. but we can't see a picture yet :( unfortunately.
