same here mine was a faulty wall to usb connector I just let it plugged into the pc overnight (as the pc charges slower) and the next day it was up and running fine.

3 different Wal-marts I have went to in my area have no Zune HD's or Windows Phone's Just Android and Apple products. I asked the store employees and they said they dont plan on carrying either. :(

I have had this issue as well with some (not all) png's usually changing the file type by converting the photo to a jpg will cause the Zune software to pick it up
