Disappointing to hear, thinking about getting one. My 2003, DMC xclef 500 80gb just wore out the hd in jan after around 45,000 hrs of use.

I just went through the same problem last month....

I just went through the same problem last month. I could not get the usb Proprietary plug to stay in the unit. It would just fall out. pressed it in as hard as I could to no avail. Needless to say it...

Archos issues 7/22/2012

Been charging for over 48 hrs. Tried both usb and Gomatic 1A charger that plugs into proprietary plug. Usb will only charge to 93%, Gomatic only 87%.
Updated firmware 2.0.45. Tried transfering files...

The battery won't charge past 87% with a gomatic 1A charger and 93% on the usb. (charged for over 48hrs). Transfered 200+gb and battery went to 13% after about 80gb and 1hr, While obviously plugged...
