As stated in title I'm wondering if the Sansa Clip+ has a limit on the song files in a playlist. I've synced four times today and a 1169 track playlist only syncs 1000.

I use Media Monkey as my music manager. There is a box where you can enter a disc number. For disc 1 I entered a 1 and for disc 2 I entered a 2. The tracks are then 1-whatever for each disc.

Well, I used MP3 Tag to take out album art, lyrics and leave only Artist, Album, Title, and Album Artist. Still takes over an hour to refresh 2800 songs. Not sure what else I can do.
