I use Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11) to create playlists and then use it also to copy the playlist to the clix2. I understand you can also use Media Monkey and Winamp.

It's part of the D click. Press the right side of the clix (the side where the on/off button and the smart button below it. Squeeze the right side and hold it for a moment and the sub menu appears

I can live without the skins. Unit seems to be functioning without any errors.

I'd like to hear comments you have about any experience with iRiver, ie: after receipt new unit needs to be fixed, promptness of service, emails answered quickly? etc. etc..

The number of replies is what helped me make up my mind. I have ordered a Cowon D2. It is reported to have good customer service which is the opposite of what I have heard about iRiver.
