Any player that supports FLAC usually supports OGG Vorbis as well. You can usually convert your FLAC files to Vorbis at a lower bitrate for a given quality level than you can get from mp3.

I have a P3 and a clip+. Both have outstanding sound quality, though I tend to prefer the clip+ over the P3. That's purely my personal preference. I would be perfectly happy with either alone.
