If you don't have the folder in Program Files, just do a general computer search...

Did you use the installation CD that came with the Pilot? It should have "Arcsoft Media Converter 2". Plug in your Pilot, run the program, and just choose what files you want to put on your Pilot....

Yeah, i had problems with my MP3 player when i first got it...it didnt even display foreign characters. But if you reformat it (Erase Internal Settings), the player will work well. I dont know why...
