only ABR and VBR and I have tried them both

Winamp doesn't want to sync in AAC at all (I don't know why)

and yes the battery is not the problem ;) and indeed, the power switch is faulty
a few months ago it worked if you pushed really hard. Is there a way to fix it?

yes, it turns on when I connect it to something, the only way to use is to connect it and then turn off the auto-off option

The button to turn the ZEN Micro 6 GB on doesn't react anymore.
I bought it more than 4 years ago so I guess this is normal behaviour.
Is there anything I can do to repair my player?

I don't think you can set it to work as a mobile phone keypad, but you can set it to Circular keyboard, if that's what you meant.. To do so, press the button in the upper right corner while typing...

1) go in recovery mode choose Format all
2) in recovery mode choose Clean up
3) in recovery mode choose Reboot
4) reload...
