The entire system froze and then shut down while i was playing sodoku & playing music

when I turned it back on, it took 10 minutes of scan disk before the player wokred again

Historically, Creative has issued 2 sometimes 3 firmware changes and moved on.

Over on Facebook, Creative hinted almost a month ago that a new firmware would be coming "very soon"...
