I have ICS 4.0.4 GT P3113 and I am able to move downloaded apps to sd card. Not sure about any other problems, I have had this for a few weeks and it does everything i need it to do.hope this helps

I removed my 32GB SD card without unmounting it:mad::mad: RIP sd card.
Everything on it was backed up so wasnt a total loss.
