Make sure you have the player in Media Manager...

Make sure you have the player in Media Manager mode (re-format the memory with System Settings in the menus), playlists should work correctly with Rhapsody.

M3U support in the current F/W version is a bit unstable to be honest, we will fix it in a future F/W update as it is not reliable and I have seen the same thing you are talking about.
