MP3 Player with WiFi, Pandora, 16+ gig, FM

Looking for an MP3 player that has WiFi, can do Pandora, can access mp3s on my Window computer, 16 or more gig storage, and an FM radio. Although with WiFi I guess I might not need a built-in radio....
